- Take 1 small red bell pepper, diced

- Prepare 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

- Get 2 tbsp chopped basil
- Take 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Take 2 tsp salt

- Take 1/2 cup ketchup

- Mix together both marinera sauce and ketchup, pour about half over top of loaf. Then place in oven to bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until center reaches 160°F.
