  5. After proving for an hour, knead the dough on a floured table top and shape it into 2 loaves. Place the 2 loaves in loaf tins.
  6. Let the dough rest in the tin for another hour before baking it at 200°C for 30 mins.
  7. Cool the bread in the tin before slicing it.

This is so delicious that it disappeared within minutes. Wrap in aluminum foil to keep the moisture in. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, egg, sweet potatoes and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (except walnuts) together well and add to wet ingredients. Dissolve the yeast in the water in a mixing bowl.
